ROSELIA DHS

SO UNIQUE X FRANKLIN X JAZZ

2021 CHESTNUT KWPN
MARE

We are thrilled to announce that we have added to our herd! We have acquired a future top competition horse for Katherine. This now yearling filly is very special and we have high hopes for her!

Meet Roselia DHS! (So Unique x Franklin x Jazz)

Born 2021

Roselia DHS combines the best of German and Dutch bloodlines including 3x World Champion Sezuan, GP stallion Donnerhall, top producer Franklin, and GP stallion Jazz.

She is sired by So Unique, who won the Bundeschampionate with Eva Möller. She also comes from a proven sport mother line. She bears great resemblance to her aunt Ivoli-E (s. Dreamboy), who was winner of the PAVO Cup 2017 at the age of 4 years.

As you can see from the photo from last year, she also bears great resemblance already to her sire, So Unique, who was just purchased from Helgstrand for Isabelle Werth.

In 2020, So Unique under Eva Möller won the final qualification for the Bundeschampionat for 5-year-old dressage horses. He received a very good (9.0) in all three basic gaits, durchlässigkeit and overall impression. His sire Sezuan achieved the victory at the World Championships for young dressage horses as a 5, 6 and 7 year old, a hitherto unique record as a breeding stallion. Under his rider Dorothee Schneider he won several times at international Intermediate I level and is now being prepared for the Grand Prix by Patrik Kittel.
So Unique's dam Daiquiri is a half sister of the approved stallions St. Petersburg and Quaterbend Ymas. This dam line also produced many approved stallions, including Sir Stanislaus, Scolari and Flanell.

Roselia was bred by our good friend Jenny Wetterau of Dressage Horse Source and Tim Coomans. She is happily enjoying her best life on lush pastures with many yearling buddies in Germany and will stay there to grow and get strong in the best possible environment until Kate is ready to start her training.
